Heather and Aaron - Roxborough State Park Engagement Session
If you can't photograph someone's wedding, photographing their engagement session is the next best thing. Heather and Aaron are getting married this fall in Ouray, CO. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make my schedule work with their wedding schedule. Fortunately, they still wanted me to do some engagement photos with them! They are both big hikers, so for their engagement sesssion we headed out to one of their favorite places near Denver, Roxborough State park. There are some amazing rock formations out there. If you've never been, I'd highly recommend heading out there for some hiking and, of course, some photos.

Tasha and Jeremy - Loveland Wedding Photography
Tasha and Jeremy were married in Loveland, CO on one of the first chilly days of autumn. Fortunately, their love and laughter were enough to keep everyone warm for the day. To top it off, their reception was hands-down the most fun I had at a wedding all year. My face literally hurt from smiling so much! You'll see what I mean...
Oh, and before you check out their wedding photos, if you haven't already seen them, take a quick peek at their LoDo engagement session.

End Of Year 2012 - 2nd Shooter Wedding Photography
I love photographing weddings. I love it so much that I spent almost every weekend that I wasn't already photographing a wedding of my own during the summer shooting a wedding with someone else! Not only is it a great way to stay sharp, but it's also a great learning experience! This year I had the privilege of Second Shooting 21 weddings with 13 other photographers, all of whom I admire and respect. I got to travel to locations near Aspen, Vail, Estes Park, Steamboat Springs and even Phoenix (not to mention quite a few around Denver, too)! Here are some of my favorite photos from weddings that I photographed with other photographers in 2012.
