Heather and Aaron - Roxborough State Park Engagement Session

If you can't photograph someone's wedding, photographing their engagement session is the next best thing. Heather and Aaron are getting married this fall in Ouray, CO. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make my schedule work with their wedding schedule. Fortunately, they still wanted me to do some engagement photos with them! They are both big hikers, so for their engagement sesssion we headed out to one of their favorite places near Denver, Roxborough State park. There are some amazing rock formations out there. If you've never been, I'd highly recommend heading out there for some hiking and, of course, some photos.

Tasha and Jeremy - Denver Engagement Photos

Strolling around LoDo with Tasha and Jeremy, I felt more like a friend who just happened to be taking photos of them than a wedding photographer. Maybe it was because we met up at LoDo's before the shoot (which just happens to be where they met) or maybe it was because they're just so easy to talk to, but I just felt like were out having a good time and somehow came back with a camera full of good photos.

Oh yes... we got some good photos. In fact, we got some great photos! Jeremy is just so calm and loving around Tasha and Tasha is just so energetic and fun! I've heard rumors that their wedding is going to be pretty wild, so I'm definitely looking forward to photographing it in October. Janice and Isaias - Denver Engagement Photography

Laughter. Red Rocks. Love.

Janice and Isaias' engagement session up at Red Rocks was full of laughter and love. Thinking back, I can't help but smile and laugh a little to myself... Janice's laugh is just so contagious!

We walked around Red Rocks talking, finding little pockets of light and shooting. After spending a few hours with them, I could see the love they have and how authentic it is. They fit together like they were just meant to be.

I can't wait to photograph their wedding this fall! Until then, here's Janice and Isaias...

Michelle and Todd - Fort Collins Engagement Photos

Michelle and Todd got married in Denver at the Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, but we shot their engagement session in Fort Collins the week before. It was a beautiful evening to be out in nature, which is right where Michelle and Todd are the happiest. Here’s a look at our adventures in Old Town and the beautiful areas outside of Fort Collins.
